ORDER AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
Any stock orders placed with us can be amended or cancelled provided it has not yet entered the dispatch process. Contact must be made with the office sales team on 061-229333 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the unlikely event that you receive stock products and they do not correspond with what you have ordered, or they are faulty, please contact the office sales team immediately on 061-229333 and we will arrange a pick-up of the item and the dispatch of a suitable item in its place.
In the event that you receive stock products and the items do not suit the purpose for which they were intended or you have since changed your mind, you can return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received them. To arrange the return, please contact the office sales team on 061-229333. While a full refund will be processed for the goods received, the customer will be charged for delivery and the additional pick-up.
